All the Angst is a part of the on-going initiative to support student mental health by providing forums on various mental health issues and healthily utilize existing support systems. It will consist of 10 to 15 minute topic driven virtual workshops with Q&A, held over Instagram live. Workshops will be led by various certified instructors and feature students to discuss their own experiences with mental wellbeing at UC San Diego.

Topics Include

Given the extraordinary struggles facing our global and national communities (COVID-19, racism, xenophobia, misogyny, upcoming election, et cetera) we are also placing emphasis on addressing and coping with racial trauma and systemic discrimination experienced by BIPOC and Latinx communities in the United States.
