All the Angst is a part of the on-going initiative to support student wellness by providing forums where students can hear from experts and peers about how to manage difficult life circumstances. Our zoom workshops will be topic driven and broken up into two parts. The first part will be an informative introduction to the topic led by our hosts, and the second part will be an open Q&A where students can ask questions and chat about their own experiences.
Our workshops are a safe and supportive space for the students to learn and share, but please keep in mind that they are not led by licensed mental health professionals and are not a replacement for professional assistance.
